It was founded on August 22, 1964, by a group of 16 associated owners of buses and stairs that covered routes in the North of Antioquia, mainly Medellín-Caucasia, Yarumal, Campamento and San Andrés de Cuerquia. Its main office is in the city of Medellín and currently has agencies in more than 40 municipalities in the department of Antioquia, extending to some municipalities of Córdoba, Boyacá, Tolima and Caldas.
