・ Every year, it is held on the first (or second) Sunday of July at the test site under the jurisdiction of each Legal Affairs Bureau.
・ In the morning session, 35 multi-limb alternative questions will be answered in 2 hours. The subjects are four subjects: Constitution, Civil Law, Criminal Law, and Commercial Code (including corporate law and other laws and regulations in the field of commercial law).
・ In the afternoon session, 35 multi-limb alternative questions and 2 descriptive questions will be answered in 3 hours. There are seven subjects in the alternative, the Code of Civil Procedure, the Code of Civil Procedure, the Civil Execution Law, the Judicial Scrivener Law, the Deposit Law, the Real Estate Registration Law, and the Commercial Registration Law. You will be asked.
