In order to bring together trade union organizations sharing the same values, the same conception of trade unionism and the same desire to strengthen it, five of them came together at the beginning of July 1992: the National Education Federation, the General Autonomous Federation of Civil Servants , the Masters and Executives Federation of the SNCF, the Autonomous Federation of Transport, the General Federation of Unions of Employees of Professional Organizations in Agriculture and the Agrifood Industry.
