It allows generating tasks in the past, and that when finished continues to propose dates prior to the current ones. Example: if we are reconciling our bank account day by day and we are behind several days, we will have the pending task. Suppose the last update was on May 9. We reconcile that day, and when marking as "completed", it will jump to May 10, although the current date is later.
Within the repetition options, they are daily, monthly, annual, every Monday, Tuesday, etc.
