Prospective cohort study with asthmatic patients receiving inhaled treatment regularly, and are followed up by the Department of Pneumology of the Hospital Universitario de Canarias (CHUC). changes in lung function and symptoms presented by patients during episodes of severe and moderate haze, individually depending on the degree of severity and disease control in each case will be examined.
The Calima occurs in asthmatic patients worsening of symptoms, loss of control of the disease and exacerbations sometimes involve hospital admissions. Through this app will study the correlation between clinical worsening of asthma during episodes of haze and lung function, as it can help us to prevent loss of control of asthma, exacerbations of the disease, care in emergency and hospital admissions.
