The app scans the mandatory present in Austria QR or barcode on invoices and automatically divides the amounts in their individual tax brackets. The invoice data is digitized and archived and can be used for accounting as an Excel or CSV file thus without having to be captured laboriously by hand. Since 01/04/2017 all Austrian companies are required to print a machine-readable code on their bills. RKSV documents include all tax rates and cash registers invoice data that are relevant for accounting in the printed QR codes.
