With the online shop app, you can quickly create an order list by scanning products (e.g. by an employee scanning a shelf with consumables) and transfer this to the shop. The app works with all shops based on Centauri BaseShop technology.
The products for the "shopping list" can also be scanned offline, i.e. if the warehouse is in the basement or with other poor network coverage. For other functions such as authorizing the user, sending the order, etc., the app requires an Internet connection via WLAN or mobile communications.
When you start the app for the first time, it must be linked to the shop by entering the internet domain. Then the username and password of a shop customer must be entered. The app then contacts the shop and verifies these entries. The article master is then downloaded so that you can also search and scan offline.
Alternatively, the shop operator can provide a QR code for configuration. You can also find this QR code in your online shop customer account.

Application scenarios (if supported by the shop operator):
• The online shop offers consumables that have to be ordered again and again. These are stored directly in your company on a shelf, where a barcode is offered on the shelf for each article. An employee has to reorder the shelf regularly. She checks the compartments and scans the barcodes in the compartments in which the stock is too low or no longer available, thus ensuring a subsequent delivery.
• Devices are offered with consumables in the shop (e.g. copiers with toner cartridges or printer cartridges). A barcode is attached to the device, which can be scanned with the app to reorder a new set of consumables (e.g. new toner for the copier).
• In the print catalogue, products are supplemented with a barcode, with which the product on the page can be ordered via the online shop by scanning it with the app.
