The RheumaGuide for the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic diseases is based on the short version of the “Guidelines for Practice - RA, PSA and SPA” published in 2020 by the Austrian Society for Rheumatology and Rehabilitation (ÖGR).
Highlights of the app include: the various score calculators (e.g. 2010 ACR / EULAR, CDAI, SDAI, DAS28, RADAI-5, HAQ-DI, ASDAS, BASDAI and BASFI), the clear presentation of the guidelines for the therapy of RA, PSA and SPA, recommendations for use important medication if you want to have children, during pregnancy and breastfeeding as well as the topic of "vaccination under therapy".
All chapters have been updated according to the EULAR recommendations and new therapy options have been added. The topic “Vaccinations” in particular was expanded and designed according to the format of the 2020 interdisciplinary lab card “Rheumatism - Immunosuppressants - Vaccinations”.
The app also contains links to patient information and relevant Austrian registers.
The RheumaGuide is intended exclusively for use by medical personnel.
