History of the house
Our house was first mentioned in 1778. The Hirtenfelder family ran the inn "Zum Bauernwirt" for three generations. In 1965 it was taken over by the Kern family. Rebuilt in 1973 and opened as "Burgenlandhof". On May 1st, 1980 Willi Kern jun. the restaurant that closed its doors on January 31, 2017. 240 years after it was first mentioned, the doors open again: Welcome to "GERNOT'S Gasthaus zum Hof".
