AgiMiTo

AgiMiTo is a framework for deepening social skills in agile teams. In doing so, interactive exercises and inputs are incorporated into sprints.
 
Thus, the Developer Team has the opportunity to develop in the familiar environment in social skills and the Scrum Master gets enough support to create the learning environment for it.

With the Agile Microsession Toolbox (short AgiMiTo) concepts, content, as well as exercises for the Scrumteam are provided. In a workshop, we work with the Scrum Master on the individualized concept of mediation and strengthen it in his work with the Developer Team.

What is the process of AgiMiTo?

In a kick-off, we work out together in which areas the team wants to develop and what time is available. After we have decided on a content *, there are several subtopics for the sprints.
 
Before a sprint, we individualize the individual AgiMiTo exercises in a workshop with the Scrum Master. The Scrum Master then brings them to the Developer Team. We also reflect together what has worked well in the sprint before and what we are adjusting so that the team can learn better.
