The forest development plan presents the forest conditions at district level, shows the functions of the forest and should contribute through forward-looking planning to the fact that the functions (protective, welfare, recreational and useful functions) of the forest are best realized and ensured. At the same time, it is an important basis for forest policy and forestry decisions, forestry assessments and forest-related planning. Of particular importance is the forest development plan in the context of securing public interests in the forest. The plans presented are purely informational. The content of this app may, in particular due to different topicality, differ from the publication of the forest development plan, according to ForstG.
