About GAP

With the help of the GAP (drawing the boundaries between work and private life) you can find out more about how you separate your work and free time, why you spend your free time doing work and what positive and negative effects it can have.

In the app, you will receive questions every morning and after work for 14 days, including about your work requirements, work-related activities during your free time, well-being, exhaustion, distancing yourself from work and work commitment.

You have the opportunity to carry out well-founded psychological tests and at the end of the survey (after 14 days) you will automatically receive detailed feedback directly in the app about your working and sleeping times, work requirements, work-related activities during your free time, well-being, exhaustion and distancing yourself from the Work as well as your work commitment.

We look forward to your participation if you

• are at least 18 years old,
• are employed or employed,
• work at least 20h / week,
• work at least 3 days / week,
• work in a company in Styria,
• DO NOT work at night.
