Works once on first install, any further uses just errors. Removing app and reinstalling does the same

Bills don't disclose when you have been charged for providing power to the grid, yes charged! New smart metres are required and since having mine installed I supposedly have quadrupled my usage starting the day it was installed. But told everything is operating normally. In order to utilise this app your asked to upgrade to one. DO NOT BE FOOLED! The only way to beat the price rises it to be completely off the grid and have no power connection! and if you need support... Good fkn luck with that!
