Shows minimum payment balance rather than statement balance. Is that on purpose? So that the customer may mistakenly miss paying the statement balance and then incur interest? I wish there was a zero star option.

There's an unauthorised transaction, and I can't dispute it in the app. I call the provided number — and there's a 30 min wait, after which the agent just drops from the call citing technical difficulties. One would think a bank app would treat this with more urgency
