NAB is a terrible bank to deal with. I stayed for 90 minutes on the phone to get some help for mycard app but was cut out with no help. If NAB does not have enough staff to service customers, I wonder why acquiring more businesses? Dumb! I also tried online chat and the chat bot, both were terrible and a complete waste of time.
