ZERO OPPORTUNITY FOR ANY HUMAN CONTACT NO MATTER HOW SERIOUS THE ISSUE. I was about to download the app. Reading the reviews I won't bother. Transport NSW are happy to pay someone to reply to all the problems by directing them to an online form. Transport NSW can pay someone a wage to sit and make what are sometime s patronising comments replying to legitimate issues. You are required to type you issue and a computer responds. I can't be bothered reporting fresh damage, too hard
