Basically, Just a Rewards Card: I've been a loyal member for a few years now, and I occasionally take my family here for a treat. I used to occasionally get offers for special deals, but for the last year or more, the offers section of the app has become pointless. Why are there never any offers anymore? Without the special offers, and with the online order system being so slow it's practically pointless, this app has become nothing more than an over engineered digital rewards card.

absolutely terrible app, my account is straight up broken and won't log in, get a 'unable to login' on the app and website -- contacted support on 3 separate occasions, one was months ago, no reply, now emails to them are bouncing. They don't want money or orders I guess. Too bad for them.
