KONE’s Competence Assessment Process (CAP) application is used by operative KONE employees to report on and display details of their competence development under the KONE Competence Development Process.
It also allows employees to store their Unique Student Identification (USI) number, complete and record the outcomes of regular employee appraisals with their supervisor and store details of relevant Licenses and Qualifications they hold along with the start and end dates of those documents.
