Lake MDA

Lake MDA is a mobile device application provided by Lake Maintenance to field supervisors.
LakeMDA App allows fieldsupervisors to submit inspections in an electronic format to Lake Maintenance from the work site or any location.
The Lake MDA App allows its users to:
• View the inspection dashboard for the allocated inspections.
• Search for a properties allcoated to the user.
• Create the inspection on site.
• Attach Photos to an inspection.
• Record Access Attempt details for an Inspection.
• Add notes to property or inspection.
