it's ok alike any other government agency generated apps

More incorrect information that won't be removed even those it is has been happening for years, to apply for a Pension Concession Card you have to apply as a document not Concession Card, Centrelink claims on the feedback form on Services Australia website they well response to complaints through email, but then I got a template email sent by an bot saying they can't respond to any feedback through email etc etc etc
