The my health gov app is known as my health and is powered by My Health Record, an initiative of the Australian Government.

my health is a secure and convenient way to view key health information that you, your healthcare providers or representatives have uploaded to My Health Record. It’s fast, easy, and secure - and you can access and share it all from the palm of your hand.

To start using my health, you’ll need:
1. a myGov account linked to My Health Record
2. to have logged into your My Health Record

my health provides easy access to key health information once it has been uploaded to My Health Record including:
o medicine information history
o pathology results, including COVID-19 test results
o proof of vaccination history and upcoming immunisations
o allergy and reactions information
o hospital discharge summaries
o advance care planning documents
