The Tenancy Inspections and Maintenance (TIM) application is for the exclusive use of Queensland Government employees when conducting annual property inspections or raising unplanned maintenance requests.
It is essential department-owned properties are maintained for the safety of tenants, and ensuring asset costs are managed.
TIM provides the ability to:
• submit an annual property inspection or an unplanned maintenance request
• attach photos of the issue
• save and submit later
• automatically provide a record of any submitted activity including a reference number
• automatically provide your submitted activity to your local Maintenance Response
Centre for unplanned maintenance requests and your local District Housing Management Committee for annual property inspections
