AZALERT is an instrument aimed at monitoring personal conditions that can interfere with safe decision-making in the development of work activities; being in this way a preventive measure, tending to reduce the probability of occurrence of an incident that has serious consequences for the worker and / or their work and personal environment.

There are no correct or incorrect results, but the important thing is to interact according to the situation today. The information provided by AZALERT is an indicator that allows targeting actions aimed at promoting the well-being and health of all AZA employees.

This instrument has two parts, being delivered at the beginning of them, and the instructions to respond to what is requested in each of the parts.
