About ONE e-Service
“ONE e-Service” is a smart application provided by ONE Bank PLC that designed to enable customers to provide electronic Form-C declaration anytime anywhere remotely using a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet, designed to provide customers with enhanced utility and satisfaction through its out of the box features & functionalities.
“ONE e-Service” is a smart application as per Bangladesh Bank FE Circular No. 01 & 03 dated February 01, 2023 and February 22, 2023 respectively, customer can provide electronic Form-C Declaration through this App Inward Remittance (other than remittances sent by Bangladeshi Nationals working abroad) of amount exceeding US$ 10,000 or equivalent to ensure smooth and faster processing. Payment of the Inward Remittances will be governed as usual by the existing Foreign Exchange Transactions Guidelines by Bangladesh Bank and/or other Regulatory Authority. Bank deserves the right to decline processing of the Inward Remittances in case of any un-rectifiable discrepancy and/or any other incompleteness in the payment request.
“ONE e-Service” is a smart application that, an OTP will be sent to customer's registered Mobile Number and email ID (if available) as part of customer authentication.
