Programs are excellent. Sadly the app doesn't fully do them justice. Design is sleek but the exercise videos sometimes take ages to load and will just stop halfway through without you even touching the phone. Also there is no workout log...tracking progress is a MUST especially if you repeat the same program. So I had to create a separate spreadsheet to add notes (reps completed, progression used etc) which kind of defeats the purpose of using an app.

A great variety of programs all in the one App for different levels and skills, and includes progressions. App functions cleanly. Got my first chin ups with program.
