Juat to buy once you need to install an app and provide all your personal details? Is that normal? The app asks to scan a QR code of a ticket that is on my phone. Are they crazy? Do i need to print before i can scan. No volidation of the ticket in the app worjed. They goy my money alright...

The timing is always off, impossible to trust the ETA, it's basically a different view of a static schedule, useless for real time. EDIT: some improvement regarding real time functionality, but the ticket purchasing system is still a massive headache. For this I recommend using an automatic distributor or booth.

L'application tec est correcte bien que fort lente. Mon soucis c'est le manque de synchronisation entre l'application et le eshop tec qui est vraiment terrible. Le compte tec de l'application et de l'eshop partage des informations (identifiant, mot de passe, email) mais pas la totalité comme l'historique d'achat. la maudite carte mobib est obsolète alors que l'abo pourrait être sur le gsm. En plus qu'en attendant la dite carte, on doit payer les tickets même si l'abo est actif. un peu honteux
