What is FixMyStreet Wallonia?
FixMyStreet Wallonia is an internet and mobile platform made available to citizens and the administration to report and monitor the resolution of problems encountered in the Walloon public space.
It is more particularly:
• Help in locating and describing the damage.
• A tool that informs citizens and administrations at each key stage in solving the problem reported.
The application allows you to report a problem encountered in the public space with your mobile in a few clicks. It is simple and effective, in a few clicks, locate the problem, take a picture of it and your report will be sent to the manager responsible for taking charge of it.

What problems can we report?
A problem is, in this case, a defect in public space.
Different types of problems encountered on roads, green spaces, bicycle paths, bridges, tunnels, sidewalk are covered:
- Clandestine deposits
- Public trash
- Household trash
- Drain, pipe or drain
- Glass bubble
- Textile bubble
- Street furniture / Sign or sign post / Building
- Animal
- Lighting
- Fountain
- Coating
- Taque
- Plantation
- Other
Who manages this site?
FixMyStreet Wallonia is an initiative of Be WaPP asbl.
The idea for this site and this application was inspired by MySociety's FixMyStreet.
The device was developed on the basis of FixMyStreet Brussels produced by the CIRB (Center d'Informatique pour la Région Bruxelloise), an application itself derived from the Open Source code of the fixmystreet.ca project.
