Send Request Option:





Users can initiate meaningful connections by sending swap requests to their preferred users. The app displays detailed information about the preferred user, including Ministry, Names, Current Province, Current District, Current Workplace, Target Province, and Target District.






Sent Requests Screen:





Track and manage all outgoing swap requests in one centralized location. The Sent Requests screen provides a comprehensive overview of Ministry, Names, Current Province, Current District, Current Workplace, Target Province, Target District, Time Sent, and Request Status for each request.






Received Requests Screen:





Easily review and respond to incoming swap requests from other app users. The Received Requests screen displays detailed information about the requester, including Ministry, Names, Current Province, Current District, Current Workplace, Target Province, Target District, Time Sent, and Request Status.






Accept or Reject Requests:





Users receiving swap requests have the option to accept or reject them. If a request is accepted, both the sender and receiver are notified, and they gain access to a "Contact Administrator" option for further assistance or coordination.






Contact Administrator Option:





Upon successful request acceptance, users on both ends have the ability to contact the administrator for additional support or information, enhancing communication and collaboration.
