BELOW THE M.EX.SYSTEM PURCHASABLE MODULES:
RESOURCES AND TEAM MANAGEMENT: Access of individual resources to departments through the use of passwords,
images, badges, fingerprint, employee location. Access to the resource can be controlled by
e-Presence which first detects its presence in the Company. The accounting of times, quantities, produced or is foreseen
discarded, by resource, in order to monitor and measure resource efficiency in real time. Disclosures can
also be carried out as a team to balance the team, maintaining the correct focus on costs and without losing the
traceability of resources.
ORDER MANAGEMENT - WORK PHASES: Provides the list of orders for the activities to be carried out, with the possibility of
parameterize the information to be given to the operator, based on the specific department, through documents, images or videos.
Each single phase of work can be processed by one or more resources and possibly merged into batches. The batch
it can then also be recalled to subsequent processing, with the possibility of also using a reader
barcode.
Free or restricted phase recordings are provided, depending on whether the material must first be processed or not
positively at an earlier stage.
BK Solutions studies the various connections between M.EX.SYSTEM and the machines to improve the detection of the information of
production. This activity may be necessary both for accounting purposes and to satisfy the requirements of the quality system.
ORDER DISPATCHING: M.EX.SYSTEM can manage up to three departmental logistics levels, i.e. by Zone, production areas
and individual machining centers. Through the dispatching functionality, the Head of Department will be able to sort orders if necessary
which deliberately were not planned on time per machine, assigning them to the various operators, dragging
conveniently orders in various production centers.
REGISTRATION OF CONSUMED MATERIALS: The material to be used is proposed to the operator, who can accept it
or possibly change the quantities to be used. The traceability of batches or serial numbers of individuals is also managed
products. Possibility to connect this functionality to the use of our WMS for picking up the goods in stock.
To facilitate traceability registration, batch registration to LIFO is also managed.
