Aplikasi ini kurang memuaskan. Pengguna diwajibkan melakukan verifikasi sebelum bisa menggunakan fiturnya, berbeda dengan aplikasi PPOB lain yang lebih fleksibel. Setelah saya mengikuti proses verifikasi, akun justru dinonaktifkan. Ketika menghubungi layanan pelanggan, saya malah diminta melengkapi data diri — padahal akun sudah dinonaktifkan. Bagaimana saya bisa melengkapi data kalau akses ke menu aplikasi pun tidak ada?
