With the Blue Assistance App, you can quickly and easily access your Reserved Area to conveniently manage the reimbursement practices related to your health policy online.

In particular, based on the conditions of your policy, you can:
- ask for the reimbursement of the health expenses that you have incurred for yourself or for your insured relatives by loading, with simple steps, the invoices or fees and the requested medical documentation.
- consult the progress of the practices in real time and, in the case of missing documentation, integrate them directly online.

To use the functions of the App Blue Assistance enter your username and password that you use to enter your Reserved Area on the Blue Assistance site.
