About شاعر آزاده، شاهزاده ایرج میرزا

Prince Iraj Mirza was nicknamed "Jalal al-Mamalek" and "Fakhr al-Shara" as descendants of Fath Ali Shah Qajar. He was born in Tabriz in the autumn of 1 or 2 suns.
Iraj Mirza is one of the intellectual poets of the constitutionalist movement. His poems contain many criticisms of the social and political conditions and beliefs of the Iranian people in plain language and sometimes even full of words on the street.
Iraj Mirza was a student at the Dar-al-Fonun school in Tabriz, which became the school's vice president after completing his education. In addition to working at the school, he held various positions in the Qajar government. He used to work in the Ministry of Education and at the Customs and Ministry of Interior. After the formation of the constitutional government and the new state organization, he was once governor of Abadeh and once deputy governor of Isfahan. But more importantly he was a journalist and editor of the first student magazine in Tabriz called "Sheet".
Iraj Mirza's poems can be divided into two completely different sections. The first part of pre-constitutional poetry, often praised by the Qajar authorities and the second, post-constitutional poetry that criticized the community.
It can be said that among the Iranian poets during the Iranian constitution, the poems of Iraj Mirza are more popular, so the name of Iraj Mirza is familiar to many Iranians. The well-known poem "Say Me Chowzad Mamma ..." is by far the most famous and beloved poem by the Divan.
Iraj Mirza died of a heart attack in Tehran on March 27, 2009, and his body was buried in Zahir al-Dawlah cemetery.
