Saúde na Mão Lages is a pre-clinical assistance service by telephone (via 0800), online chat and video call through the application or website with remote assistance 24 hours, 7 days a week.
The objective of the service is to offer the first access to health, in order to support face-to-face health units, being a support with remote care.
Remote pre-clinical care is performed by nursing technicians and nurses for guidance and health information, and in the presence of symptoms to be screened and clinically classified for proper conduction and/or referral to face-to-face care, always providing reliable guidance. the conduct to be taken, reducing risks and providing greater peace of mind for the user.

Free video calls: facilitates communication, expanding the perception of contact and making the service more humanized;
