AMO is an application whose main function is to provide the owners and property users, and the Liquidators, to remember the dates on which the necessary preventive MAINTENANCE should be carried out as determined by the Acquiring Company and / or Construction of the project.
Whenever there is the need to perform some preventive maintenance, the application will alert warning and describing the activity to be performed.
When the scheduled maintenance is performed, the user must register the application, and this information is automatically forwarded to the Acquiring Company and / or Construction. In cases where there is need for the maintenance be performed by Qualified Company or Specialized Company, the user must take a picture of the receipt of the performance of services under penalty of loss of collateral. This photo will be sent automatically by the application to the Acquiring Company and / or Construction.
Unrealized maintenance will be marked as pending execution.
