Within the Christian worldview, is drawn a Christian profile biblical point of view. A serious Christian life means making moral judgment itself, and accept that there is moral law applies to all situations, choosing between right and wrong, good and evil. Not be based on what is convenient for the moment, but according to biblical standards.
The Christian must take their values from Scripture as containing the Word of God. Cultural influences, social media among others, containing values contrary, the word of God, should not influence their choices. Biblical ethics is concerned with the lifestyle that Christian faith demands.
The character of God is reflected in the biblical ethics, He is unchanging, his word is final and unique, his faithfulness does not depend on interests. The virtues such as honesty, kindness, gentleness and integrity are attributes defined by God and are not subject to private views, not bargains. Biblical ethics is for everyone, does not distinguish race, social class or cultural level. The moral requirements by which Christians should live today are the same as yesterday and tomorrow will be the same as Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever will be.
The Christian's duty is to identify the right, wrong, good or bad, according to God's standard.
There is no individual freedom to decide which values are correct. God revealed to us through the scriptures.
For the Christian, the style of life is a matter of loyalty to God, not personal preference. The Christian should live in a way that reflects Christ in us. Jesus set the ethical standard, which we find in the scriptures.
We are to be imitators of Christ, following his example and guide our behavior according to him. The Christian should consider who is behind, next to the front, looking at each other better than himself, a sensitivity of love of God and neighbor .
The Christian character is the presence of three attributes, respect, honor and honesty. a continuous demonstration is needed of the three.
Biblical ethics requires us to live according to the authority. All authority is established by God. We must respect all authority, and teach children to do the same. God puts them in a position of authority to avoid chaos, confusion and destruction.
The authority is required to maintain order. Submission to authority is to accept that God put this person on us. Not accept an authority is a bitter attitude toward God.
Teach children to respect and honor their parents is essential in teaching about respect for others. This command is associated with a promise, so we conclude that the disgrace is attached to a curse. To dishonor their parents will receive the weight of God's judgment. The disobey, disrespect or dishonor his parents, are attitudes contrary to their nature. Parents are the governors appointed by God to administer their children, according to the Bible, honoring parents implies a deep respect, given with love.
