TRIVIHAL POSITIVO is an APP composed of 11 sets of test questions related to HIV with a single valid answer. At the moment of answering the question, the game tells you if you have guessed right or not. In case of failure, it indicates the correct answer, and in both cases provides a brief explanatory comment. Once you finish playing, the application tells you how many questions you have guessed right and you have the possibility to play again to improve your result.
The APP is aimed at both HIV positive people and the general population who want to know more about HIV and prevent a possible infection.
The games are organized by population groups: Youth (with 4 specific games), MSM, HIV +, Women, Drugs, Prostitution, Deprivation of liberty and Immigrants. In addition, the APP consists of an informative section about the project, where you will find who we are, our social networks and contact information. On our website www.trivihal-positivo.es you will find an extensive library, and a list of links of interest with resources, entities and places where you can perform the quick test.
TRIVIHAL POSITIVO is a project of the Health Education Foundation (FUNDADEPS), which aims to reduce the stigma and discrimination suffered by HIV positive people through games and new technologies, offering truthful information, updated and pedagogically understandable , taking into account the situations of risk of infection and the specificities of the different groups and populations most vulnerable to it.
The TRIVIHAL POSITIVE APP is possible thanks to the ViiV Healtchare Laboratories and the National Plan on AIDS of the Ministry of Health, Consumption and Social Welfare and the development of DavidSS.com.
The project has been prepared by a multidisciplinary team of FUNDADEPS and Iniciativas-CSE, in which numerous organizations like CESIDA, Adhara, ACCAS, Apoyo Positivo, Lamba, the Hospital Clínico San Carlos, the Chair of Health Education and the Complutense University of Madrid.
