The Cabula Vive Network brings together several entities that believe - and act - in the perspective of the shared management of the territory. When civil society (and its organizations) identifies, discusses, plans and engages social actors (public authorities, private organizations, communities, social organizations) to solve problems of public interest, and to expand existing potentialities.

Thus, the Network has as one of the main guidelines the mobilization of communities for the elaboration and updating of a collective action plan that can guarantee the rights to health, access to education, culture, housing and local strengthening of community networks.
