This APP belongs to the Group of Studies and Research on Cultural Rights, resulting from a sowing in November 2004 - the 17th Week of Law of the University of Fortaleza (UNIFOR) - during which a period of intellectual rebellion against the pragmatism that Brazil goes beyond legal education.
From the event that had as a theme Law, Art and Culture emerged this Group that has remained active and productive for more than ten years. Its members have developed research on issues related to the constitutional ordering of culture in Brazil, cultural patrimony, protection of cultural creation and production, work relations in the show and incentives and promotion of culture. Currently, its main objective is to construct means that allow a greater understanding, knowledge and discussion about the rights, duties and cultural guarantees.
