It also features a large concentration of the city's Japanese colony. In 2002, it was listed as a municipal heritage by CONPRESP (Council for Preservation of the Historical, Urban, Landscape and Environmental Heritage of the Municipality of São Paulo). Neighborhood located 20 minutes from Paulista Avenue, 10 minutes from Congonhas Airport and 15 minutes from Ibirapuera Park. It is delimited by the Bosque da Saúde Avenue, Professor Abraão de Moraes Avenue, Loreto Street and Tancredo Neves Avenue. Shopping Plaza Sul is located in this neighborhood.
