Our training uses a very different protocol from the conventional one. The method we work on is high intensity and short duration exercises, however the exercises are very different, they use only body weight and use a maximum of 2m² for the exercises.

Our training aims to accelerate the metabolism for up to 48 hours and thus bring faster and more efficient results.

When you take a 40-min walk, your metabolism speeds up for 40 min. When you stop the metabolism will normalize. In our training, no, as these are high intensity and short duration exercises, when you stop the activity your metabolism will understand that you are still doing the activity, thus being able to stay accelerated for up to 48 hours, bringing numerous benefits:
accelerated fat burning, muscle definition, improved fitness, improved flexibility, improved strength, endurance and countless other benefits.
