To expand the service field, Uniprime Centro Oeste demands to have its own mobile application, for managers to use and access day to day work options, all outside the company's network.
The new system should include the following:
• Ability to allow External Managers to use the application on their own smartphones;
• Ability to work offline;
• User ability to understand the business rules, without the need for training;
