The application is a joint initiative of the Organization of Brazilian Cooperatives in the State of Pará (OCB / PA) and the Federal Rural University of the Amazon (UFRA). Traders such as restaurants, hotels, market stalls and supermarkets will be able to buy rural production from thousands of rural producers organized in cooperatives in the state of Pará.
After the merchant places his order, the cooperatives will be able to assess the ability to fulfill the order and a buying and selling cycle will start digitally, online.
The objective is to expand purchasing opportunities for merchants located in urban centers of quality natural products. At the same time, an opportunity for rural producers to sell their production.
You will have access to a diversified production of the 62 regular agricultural cooperatives in the OCB / PA System, of which: 46% works with fruit in general, 38% with vegetables, 29% with cassava and derivatives. There are also cooperatives that work with cocoa and derivatives, oilseeds, inputs, grains and products of animal origin.
