The Creare data collector allows telemetry and positioning data to be extracted from devices installed to run completely offline.
About the permissions:
- Access to external storage is necessary because the Data Collector will seek extracted files directly to the internal memory of your smartphone
- Internet access is required because, after imported, files are consumed by Frotalog platform
