With this in mind Criterium Consulting in Engineering has developed a maintenance management application that assists Builders, Trustees, Condominium Administrators and, mainly, real estate owners to manage in an optimized manner, and in accordance with ABNT's Brazilian standards, the maintenance of their property.
In this application the user can request a customized maintenance management system according to the needs of his property, as well as having a connection network of preselected professionals, who will provide proposals for the execution of the requested services. The user can choose the proposal that suits him best, taking into consideration the value of the proposal and the reputation of the professional.
The major differentials of this application are:
The integration of the parties involved in a single environment, providing business opportunities in the construction industry;

The app works through two main layers of users, described below:
