Concerga-MGA - Confraternity of Certified Breweries of Maringá and Region is a non-profit association based in Maringá, Paraná state, founded to promote and support the development of brewing culture and zitology.
Originated from Concerva Norte and Noroeste do Paraná - an association originally founded by Maringá-Londrina brewers, the association represents the materialization of interests of more than one hundred artisanal breweries spread throughout Paraná. They are businessmen, lawyers, programmers, doctors, accountants and representatives of the most diverse niches of society, united in a common purpose.
In this cohesive and participative group, Concerva-MGA preaches responsible and conscious consumption, emphasizing quality and variety of the product that is taken to the consumer, to the detriment of quantity. The fruits of this work are evidenced by the formation of a fast growing consumer market, with a keen critical sense.
Our associates and guests meet monthly in Maringá, where they conduct their own beers tasting, and interact in courses with renowned regional and national speakers for their associates and the whole community as a way to enhance their personal experiences in the production and consumption of beer.
Concerva-MGA constantly seeks new support and partnerships so that it can maintain the full growth of its activities and the spread of a culture that breaks with a lagged consumption pattern, consecrating local production and diversity as a pillar of the brewing culture.
