The Medical Specialties Clinic Caraguatatuba - AME Caraguatatuba started its activities in 2008 and was managed by Seconci-OSS in 2014 through a management contract with the Ministry of Health of São Paulo. Its assignment perform assistance calls in the area of specialized outpatient appointments, tests of support and diagnostic and outpatient surgical procedures and hospital day.
We started our activities in the midst of renovation of the building, respecting the needs of our users. Located in an area of 2,600 m² to Acre Avenue in Indaiá district, the clinic has 18 medical offices, AME has service offices, operating room to operating rooms and recovery room beds, day hospital with beds, rooms small procedures, rooms for performing endoscopic procedures, rehabilitation area, area intended for diagnostic studies and other areas of support required for comprehensive care of our users.
The AME is to meet the shortfall in the supply of services on an outpatient basis, with loco reference. - High solving regional and having 100% of its range of services adjusted as the State Department of Health guidelines Given the guidelines of the SES, the reference and counter reference flows will aim to optimize the resources available in primary care in specialty clinics and supplementary to hospital care streamlining care processes in the diagnostic stage and performing surgery in day hospital regime releasing capacity in regional hospitals. Following determination of SES to meet in the Outpatient Specialized Doctors, AME provides medical care of high resolution, ie, serve clinical protocols previously defined and agreed with the Ministry of Health, so that the patients are seen in its entirety and within the possible in a single day, the focus of care is intended for diagnostic and therapeutic research orientation in clinical outpatient and surgical resolution in surgical clinics. We currently have a total of 22 medical specialties and over 30 auxiliary diagnostic tests and therapy.
The AME will be offering to the population about 200,000 consultations in 2016, and although the vocation of this health equipment is locoregional, CROSS scheduling system takes into account the address.
