Speaking with Digital Mayor is the ombudsman application that allows people to help the local government to solve the problems of their city.

With this app, anyone, to identify a problem in the city, you need information or want to praise or make a suggestion to the government, you can send a report which will be immediately forwarded to the responsible department, receiving a protocol to follow to solve the problem.

The application lets you send photos and location via GPS. The picture will be taken at the time or selected in the photo gallery.

The replies sent by the agency will be received directly by the application until the request is resolved.
