The Origin Food Platform is one of the results obtained from the partnership between UFSM and ADMAU. It is a Social Technology, developed to meet the demands imposed by the current legislation, referring to products of plant, animal and agro-industrial origin, which also allows the expansion of the commercialization channels. In the Vitrine it is possible to have instant access to information on the origin of the products, place of production, quantities and periods of the year available for sale. Thus, establishments such as supermarkets and wholesalers can check the availability of the products they are looking for and negotiate directly with the producer.
