The JUSPRO is the first private chamber of conflict resolution registered by the São Paulo Court of Justice (Id). Through mediation and conciliation, in person or virtual, JUSPRO promotes contact between the parties in order to help them to reach a settlement (agreement) which will later be approved by the judiciary.
