The municipality of São João da Ponte has about 26,000 inhabitants. Has a very broad service network as: Schools, Kindergartens, basic health units, NASF, Family Health, CAPS, Care Center for Children and Teen-NACA, Child Protection Council and Municipal Councilors, active and participatory, in addition to services, social programs and projects offered by the Department of social Services through the CRAS (Reference social Service Center), and CREAS (Reference Center for Specialized social assistance).
The structure of this Plan reflects the commitment to offer thematic priorities Child / Youth with a view to the formulation and implementation of public policies to ensure the guarantee of the rights of children and adolescents in an integrated and coordinated manner within the perspective of full protection. Thus breaking with the culture of institutionalization and strengthening the paradigm of full protection and preservation of children's rights violations and adolescent and family and community ties.
Both CONANDA as CNAS claim that these rights will be guaranteed with the interaction of all social policy, with centrality in the family to access to education services, health, generation of employment and income among others, may be effective in a planned and continued.
In this sense, this plan requires cross-cutting actions and Inter sector in line with the Public power, society and private initiative so you can think of integral human care, because they are beings in development and subject of rights that requires public policy articulated with a view to full guarantee the rights and especially in preventing the disruption of family ties and if exhausted all possibilities, prioritize the return to family life source.
It is noteworthy that this plan was built on the rights of family life making a historical review from the Juvenile Code to the Statute of the creation of the Child and Adolescent, ECA, according to Law No. 8,069 of 1990.
The Municipal Plan aims to present the collection by way of deduction from income of individuals and corporations tax, establishing a dedicated Municipal Policy for Children and Adolescents for the period 2017-2018.
Thus, the Rebuild Time Management, the Municipal Social Welfare and the Municipal Council of Child and Adolescent Rights - CMDCA along with managing agency of the Social Welfare Department and municipal councilors come through this plan, compete for resources for the network services that serves children and adolescents to be able to meet the quality demands.
These resources refer to the aforementioned deduction and will be received by the FIA (Fund for Children and Adolescents), which establishes policies for the promotion activities developed by the affiliated institutions that serve only children and teenagers of our city, such as the Core Attention to Children and Adolescents-NACA, Nursery Dom Geraldo Magela (ROTARY CLUB), Alloy Pontense Sport Association - ALEP and Social Work Educandário Lady of Grace (Nursery sisters).
